20 Sandbag Squats
10 Sandbag Ground to Overhead
100m Ruck

Scoring: Rounds + Reps
Rx: Sandbag (60/40), Ruck (30/20), Box: 15-20"
Heavy: Sandbag (80/60), Ruck (45/30), Box: 15-20"

Lateral Step Ups: Using one foot, step laterally onto box. The get both feet on box. Then step down on the other side of the box. = 1 rep

Rx 5 rounds with 20 lateral steps and 20 lunges.

That was fun. Completed 3 Rds and 15×.
Step ups were slick to save my knees.
60# SB and 30# Ruck for the rest.

Great workout with my bride in the driveway! I wore my 30lb ruck for it all and used my 60lb sandbag. 4+35 Rx

My wife only wore her ruck for the ruck and used a 40lb sandbag.

60lb sandbag for me and her ruck for her for the flutter kicks.
